Every Emily Carter London order is carefully wrapped in our signature packaging before being dispatched from our studio. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any concerns regarding your order.
DUTIES & TAXES
Our items are dispatched from the UK, but please rest assured, you will not incur extra charges or duties on your orders from us. All charges are paid for by us at the point of dispatch. If however you experience any issues or extra charges on your order, please contact us and we will cover this for you.
RETURNS
Every Emily Carter London piece is made by hand with great care and inspected before it leaves our London studio. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase.
If you believe your order has arrived damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us via the email on your order form within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will help with your return.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our part.
